We are pleased to invite you to the opening reception of “Stitched Stories, Bridging Communities,” an exhibition presented by Bridging Communities Crocheters. This show highlights the work of 40 local and international crocheters who are contributing to the Bridging Communities Crochet Project, an initiative to yarnstorm the Upper Front Street Bridge in Belleville.
Exhibition Dates:
June 20 – July 25
You will explore different meditation techniques including, but not limited to, vajrayana tradition, meditation of self-inquiry, tratak, etc.
We'll start at the top of the hour with an introduction of that day's technique, followed by a discussion period (approximately 15-20 minutes), and wrap up with a sitting for about 30-40 minutes.
