Batawa Lions Easter Egg Hunt
Batawa Community Centre 81 Plant St., BatawaThe Batawa Lions Easter Egg hunt is returning this year on Saturday April 19th from 9am to 12 noon. Through the Combined efforts of the Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC), the Batawa Development Corporation (BDC) and the Batawa Lions Club, this event will be great for all members of the family. Featuring an Easter Egg hunt, a pancake breakfast, face painting, a petting zoo, balloon animals, as well as displays by Quinte West Firefighters and Police, there is great entertainment available for all ages! The Junior Hunt (1-5 years) starts at 10:30am and the Senior Hunt (6-12 years) is at 11:15am. The hunt itself is limited to 700 kids, so be sure to arrive early as supplies are limited.

Meyers Creek Brewing 60 Dundas St E, BellevilleEnjoy live music at Meyers Creek Brewery with Mason Forsey Mackinnon, a 20 year old singer, songwriter and guitarist from Belleville Ontario. His style is rooted in rock and features a blend of classic rock, blues, alternative, folk, funk, and jazz. Currently he plays events solo as well as with his Band “The Mason FM Band”. No stranger to the stage Mason has played on over 100 occasions in venues from Kingston to Cobourg and has a large catalogue of both original and cover songs. He released his first single titled “Forsaken-Mason Forsey Mackinnon” in 2022 and it can be found on all streaming platforms.
