At the Napanee Fair, we strive to provide a unique and unforgettable experience for all attendees. Our mission is to promote agricultural awareness and provide some good old fashioned family fun to the community.  Please enjoy the best of what our event has to offer.

Friday, July 31, 2026

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Home craft entries accepted

8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Fair exhibits/entries accepted

12:00 p.m. – Home craft division closed

1:00 p.m.- Home crafts judged

4:00 p.m. – Midway opens

5:00 p.m. – Home craft exhibits & agricultural buildings open

5:00 p.m. – Weigh in for truck/big tractor pull

5:00 p.m. – Petting zoo open

5:00 p.m. – Poultry barn open

5:30 p.m. – Judging of Fair Ambassador contestants

6:00 p.m. – Truck/big tractor pull starts

7:00 p.m. – Official opening ceremonies (Palace)

7:15 p.m. – Napanee Has Talent Show (Palace)

9:00 p.m. – Agricultural buildings closed

Saturday, August 1, 2026

7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. – Exhibits/entries accepted (Office)

9:00 a.m. – Open horse and pony show (Grandstand)

9:00 a.m. – 4-H Goat Show (Cattle Barn)

10:00 a.m. – Baby show 0-6 months (Palace)

10:00 a.m. – Fair exhibits and agricultural buildings open

10:00 a.m. – Petting Zoo open

10:00 a.m. – Poultry display & judging

10:00 a.m. – Grain, hay & seed judging

10:00 a.m. – Roots & vegetable judging

10:30 a.m. – Goat show (Cattle Barn)

11:00 a.m. – Baby show 7-12 months (Palace)

11:00 a.m. – Midway opens

1:00 p.m.- Mini Fair Ambassador (Palace)

2:00 p.m. – Children’s Pet Show (Palace)

2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Women’s Institute Tea (Curling Club)

5:00 p.m. – Weigh in for tractor pull

6:00 p.m. – Tractor pull starts

7:30 p.m. – Dieter Boehme, Country Music Entertainer (Palace)

8:00 p.m. – Wendy Lynn Snider Band, Classic Country (Palace)

9:00 p.m. – Agricultural buildings closed

Sunday, August 2, 2026

9:00 a.m. – Draft horse show (Grandstand)

9:30 a.m. – Commercial/Wagon/ Roadsters/ Carriage (Grandstand & Track)

9:30 a.m. – Fair exhibits and agricultural buildings open

9:30 a.m. – Petting Zoo open

9:30 a.m. – Poultry barn open

10:00 a.m. – Miniature horse show (Grandstand)

10:30 a.m. – Youth beef showmanship (Palace)

11:00 a.m. – Midway opens

1:00 p.m. – Open beef show (Palace)

1:00 p.m. – Clydesdale Power “King & Queen of Strength” (Grandstand)

1:30 p.m. – Pony pull (Grandstand)

2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Women’s Institute Tea (Curling Club)

4:30 p.m. – Heavy horse pull (Grandstand)

9:00 a.m. – 4-H Beef show (Palace)

10:00 a.m. – Redneck Riders lawnmower race (Grandstand)

12:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. – Prize money available at office

12:00 p.m. – 4-H Dairy Show (Palace)

12:00 p.m. – Midway opens

1:00 p.m. – Demolition Derby (Grandstand)

5:00 p.m. – Exhibits may be picked up

6:00 p.m. – All agricultural buildings to be closed
