CLOSSON CHASE VINEYARDS

Closson Chase is a quality-driven winery that helped spearhead the birth of the Prince Edward County wine industry, using centuries-old European traditions & sustainable, innovative techniques to create world-class wines using only the finest Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris grapes.

An early advocate for sustainable practices, Closson Chase crafts fine wines that reflect each individual vintage, capturing the distinct qualities imparted by the soil and climatic variations of the year.

The state-of-the-art facility has its crush pad and fermentation tanks sitting on top of a hill allowing for a natural gravity flow into the barrels below, which sit just behind the contemporary tasting bar. An indoor & outdoor seating area is open for pizza from May to October, where you can sit back, relax and even listen to live music every Sunday from 1-4 throughout the summer. KEINT-HE WINERY & VINEYARDS

Offering some of the best wines in Ontario, Keint-he produces domestic wines that exhibit European minerality and acidity. The vines are lovingly raised in the limestone rich soils of our three distinct and unique vineyards. Keint-he only focuses on those grape varietals that most effectively showcase the terroir of the region. The result is award winning, terroir-based wines that reflect our standard for quality and the character of the region in which they were produced.

ROSEHALL RUN VINEYARDS

Dan and Lynn Sullivan, with support from Cam Reston (JCR), founded Rosehall Run in 2000. The 150-acre farm was selected due to its proximity to Lake Ontario (1-2 kms on three sides) and the remarkable clay soil scattered with rock and shale fragments on a calcareous limestone base. One of the earliest Prince Edward County wineries established in the west central region known as Hillier Ward; planting of the vineyard began in 2001 with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Today there are 25 acres of vinifera (vines) including Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Muscat and Tempranillo.

SANDBANKS WINERY

Sandbanks Estates winery is situated along the picturesque shores of Lake Ontario, in the heart of beautiful Prince Edward County. In 2001, founder Catherine Langlois purchased the land & planted 5+ acres of Baco Noir, Cabernet Franc, Riesling, Pinot noir, Vidal, Geisenheim and Marechal Foch. Her vision was to produce quality, award winning wines at an approachable price that pair perfectly with delicious food. Sandbanks wines are meant to be shared in harmony with friends and family.
