Where to Go Camping in Quinte: Summer 2020

Two camping chairs and tents in the forest.

Camping is the ideal summer staycation, with over a dozen places to choose from across the Bay of Quinte region. Don’t forget the s’mores!

While international travel is off the table for the summer, good old-fashioned camping is still within reach! It’s a classic pastime around these parts: campfires, s’mores and sleeping under the stars make for great summer memories in the Bay of Quinte.

Here’s a quick round-up of places to pitch a tent or park your RV this summer for a camping getaway to the great outdoors. (Okay, we included a few cottages too for those who want just a teeny bit of separation between themselves and the outdoors.)

Continue practicing physical distancing protocols with those outside your home. Check with individual campgrounds for any additional health & safety practices in place during COVID-19.
