Take the Tour! Belleville’s New Shuttle

The Belleville Public Transit System stepped up it’s game today! And the Belleville tourism industry is now on a whole n’other level. This morning the city’s newest mode of transportation; a trolley bus, left on its Maiden Voyage. A 50 minute round trip tour to some of Belleville’s most popular places to dine, shop, visit, play and enjoy 😉 The bus, designed to look like an old trolley will drive it’s new route throughout the city from 11am until 9pm, 7 days a week through this summer until Labour Day.

Since Belleville is situated on the picturesque Bay of Quinte, it’s the perfect spot to vacation, visit, tour and enjoy. Just be prepared to become addicted to the beauty our little gem has to offer. You may think you’re coming to relax for a day, a weekend, or a week and end up staying for a lifetime 😉

The tours provide riders with information about the locations along the way and promises a great time. It will be making stops at various points in our historic city, such as Corby Rose Garden, Glanmore House, Quinte Sports and Wellness centre and at 3 interesting locations in the beautiful downtown core. Known as the Shorelines Shuttle, The bus will be stopping at the casino as part of its route as Shorelines Casino is the major sponsor.

Shuttle tickets (day passes) are available for visitors at participating locations. The bus stops at Belleville hotels and offers guests free tickets to ride the trolley. A single day ride fair of $2.50 is required for riders without a ticket, the trolley isn’t just for tourists. See the city in a whole new way. Come on out and go for a ride!
