Take A Drive: River Road

Ready to take a drive? We’ve come up with a few ideas to help you enjoy the wide-open spaces our region is known for. Hop in your car and and enjoy the slow, winding roads of the country, experience our natural attractions, meet local business owners and enjoy some great bites!

HR Frink Conservation Area

There’s plenty of room to roam at Frink! Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife as you explore the 500-metre marsh boardwalk or horsetails and orchids along the Horsetail Trail.

381 Thrasher Road, Plainfield

Eastern Ontario Trails Alliance

Corbyville is the southernmost entry point to the EOTA, a trail network that goes as far north as Algonquin Park (but that would be QUITE the hike from here!). Hiking, biking and ATVs are all welcome as you make your way through the scenic countryside.

Parking on Short Street, south of River Road

River Road

This road’s name holds no secrets: as you might have guessed, it follows the winding Moira River and will take you straight to lunch.

Signal Brewing Co

This distillery-turned-brewery is worth writing home about: a massive waterfront patio, a killer menu and delicious beers to boot! Take home a tulip glass and a six-pack as a souvenir.

86-87 River Road, Corbyville
