Take A Drive: Harmony Road

Ready to take a drive? We’ve come up with a few ideas to help you enjoy the wide-open spaces our region is known for. Hop in your car and and enjoy the slow, winding roads of the country, experience our natural attractions, meet local business owners and enjoy some great bites along the way!

Harmony Road

This quiet drive will make you forget that you’re only a few minutes north of the city. The Harmony Road Bridge (which crosses the Moira River) is a beautiful spot to stop and watch the river flow underneath.

Palliser Downs Farm

Ever heard of haskaps? This tart, juicy berry will make you forget all about strawberries and raspberries (at least for a few minutes). Ask owners James and Audrey Potts to tell you more about them! Grab some berries for the road — they make a great seasonal snack, and we bet they won’t make it to the end of your drive.

98 Frankford Road, Foxboro

Trillium Wood Golf Club

Speaking of ‘drives’, why not hit the links for an afternoon of social distancing? This 18-hole championship course has beautiful surroundings that will even appeal to non-golfers.

1281 Highway 37, Corbyville

Downtown Julie Brown’s Food Truck

You know how sometimes your favourite meals are from a hole-in-the-wall or under-the-radar restaurant? This small, roadside food stand knocks it out of the park with their crispy chicken burger. And we’re always down for onion rings (but we’re not good at sharing!).
