County Road 64This rural route passes through the southern edge of Quinte West, along the northern border of Prince Edward County and into Brighton. Our favourite part? The swing bridge that crosses the Murray Canal, which is a favourite among locals for stand-up paddling!
Presqu’ile Park PlaceSpeaking of paddle boards, you can rent one here on your way into the park. You can also pick up worms for a day of fishing, seasoned firewood and a big scoop of Kawartha Dairy ice cream (we recommend enjoying each of them separately).

White sandy beaches? Check. Plenty of scenic picnic areas? Check. Trails for walking, rolling, hiking or biking? Check x 4! There’s plenty of nature-based fun here for the whole fam, and birders will especially love this migration hot spot.
