Since opening up a few months ago we’ve been so grateful for the people who have sought us out (we know we’re hard to find) and who have come back week after week with more friends to introduce to The Lark. We opened The Lark because it is the kind of place we would have liked to find around the corner from our house. We recognized that there was nothing of its kind in Belleville and we thought if we wanted it maybe others would as well.
The way we see it, there’s so much more to food and drink than just eating and drinking. We didn’t get to this place of appreciation overnight… It’s taken years of research and development (🍷🍕🥘🥂🍜🍽🍝🥃). This winter, we want to sit down with you over a few carefully curated bottles and talk through some of our favourite things about the wine and spirits world. There’s room for a few of your friends, too. Think of it as a hands-on cooking class, except instead of cooking, you just drink wine and chat about it.

Space is limited: Only 10-16 tickets are available for each session. The kitchen will be open, should you wish to grab a bigger bite before or after the session.
