Spring is a time of renewal. If you are looking for a safe space to reconnect with nature at the start of a new season, I invite you to join me on a guided Forest Therapy Walk in the beautiful Potter’s Creek Conservation Area.
Forest therapy (also referred to as ecotherapy, nature therapy, forest bathing grounding, or Shinrin-Yoku) is a practice that improves our physical and mental health. Through decades of scientific research, experts are showing proof of what many cultures around the world have been experiencing for ages: that time spent in nature reduces our stress and blood pressure, improves our mood and ability to focus, and gives our immune systems a huge boost.
