Let’s start the New Year with healthy goals and regimens at the office. During our January event Quinte Mind & Body will be teaching us how to work well, move well, and handle stress during our work day. Some of us are stuck at a work station or desk for 8+ hours a day. This can wreak havoc on our bodies and health.
Quinte Mind & Body will take us through the main tips for keeping the best posture at our work stations, introduce us to Office Chair Yoga, and teach us how to meditate to control our mental stress throughout our work day.
