Inspired by World Art Day on April 15, the Quinte West Art Contest invites local residents to submit their artwork online for a chance to win great prizes. In
addition to the online contest, we will distribute a limited number of 3×3” canvases that can be returned for a rotating show in the display case at City Hall.
