Master Gardeners Fall Bulb Sale

September 25

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 12:00 am on Friday, repeating until September 25, 2020

The local Master Gardeners group covers Hastings and Prince Edward Counties and normally raises funds to support their volunteer work in the community by holding a plant sale in May. This year, they are having an online bulb sale instead.

If you are thinking about adding new tulips, crocuses, narcissus to your spring flower gardens, be sure to check out their online store at https://florissafundraising.com/princeedward/

The bulbs will be delivered in early October, just in time for planting. You can choose from two delivery options. You can either have them mailed to your home (delivery fees apply) or you can have free delivery to our central pick-up point in either Belleville or Picton (specify which location as an “order note”).

When the bulbs arrive, we will email you with the details of when and where you can do a curbside pick-up of your order. The last date for orders is September 25th.

If you would like to know more about Master Gardeners or would like a gardening question answered, you can visit our website, www.pecmastergardeners.ca or our Facebook page (Prince Edward County Master Gardeners).

We can’t know what this winter will bring but we can be sure that spring blossoms will bring a smile to our faces and those passing by our gardens.
