Classes are open to Meditators of all Levels (Ages 13+).
You will learn:
– Basics of Meditation
– Walking Meditation
– Sitting Meditation
For Sitting Meditation please bring a Yoga mat, Meditation cushion, or a lawn chair (if sitting cross-legged is uncomfortable) .
Classes are weather permitting! If it’s raining hard there will be no class. If it’s just a light rain I’m game if you are! 🙂
