Loyalist College Training and Knowledge Centre: Re-defining the Bricks and Mortar – The New Way of Retail
Our expectation for deliverables is that the topic remains with a key focus on COVID Response by Loyalist College and targets the needs of the audience. The webinar will be between 45 min -1 hr of presenting time and with a 30 min Q&A at the end. We will be targeting a 1 hr. webinar but understand that sometimes may be less.
This webinar will focus on the changing landscape of retail and how it is impacting small businesses that sell or produce products in local markets. The fundamentals of moving retail businesses online using e-commerce solution providers such as Shopify will be covered, as well as how social media can be integrated with traditional promotional marketing to connect with existing and new customers. Finally, the logistics behind how to take orders and get products to consumers will be addressed.
