Learn to run a half marathon or run one faster with our 16 weeks half marathon training program. This clinic is geared towards the Toronto Scotiabank Half Marathon October 20, 2019 OR another fall race of your choice.
Coach Sandy will discuss race nutrition, clothing, pacing, hydration, injury prevention among other topics of interest. This class is open to all individuals who have been running consistently for at least 6 months and/or can run 10k comfortably.
Group meets every Saturday morning at 8:00 am for 16 weeks starting July 6.
