Glanmore Anniversary Fair

Glanmore Turns 140 (and 50)!

Come celebrate with us as Glanmore celebrates 140 years of construction and 50 years as a Museum! Admission is free and pre-registration is not required.

Discover Belleville’s treasure! Experience Glanmore National Historic Site through a self-guided tour.

Glanmore is celebrating this remarkable anniversary with a day filled with free family-friendly performances and activities on the lawn and you are invited to join in! Bring along a picnic blanket or lawn chair to enjoy the musical stylings of the Belleville Concert Band, Fiddle Earth, Jennifer Brant and Cue the Funk. Children and adults alike will be awed by a magic show by Doc Century. You can challenge your family members to a game of croquet or test your skills with old-fashioned carnival games. A cake-cutting and lemonade will be served at 1:30 pm.
During the Anniversary Fair, July 15 from 12 Noon to 4:30 PM, admission to Glanmore National Historic Site will be free. Be sure to explore Glanmore, experience the new 1973 interactive exhibition and enjoy the celebrations on the lawn.

Our staff will check you in and provide an introduction to the site before you explore the historic house on your own. Staff will be available at the end of your tour to answer any questions you may have.
