Fire Ceremony & Sound Bath

September 9 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm EDT

$40

Who needs to “let go” of any fears, anxieties, negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs and bad habits? A fire ceremony and sound bath is exactly what your mind, body and soul needs. Join us Friday, September 9th at 6:00pm. An opportunity to gather, nurture and reset in a beautiful open space by the vineyard down at the bridge.
We will first set our intentions of what we’d like to let go of during a fire ceremony on which we will write out notes on what we want to let go off to toss in the fire, practice yoga then meditate during a sound bath lead by Amie to let go.

Register by emailing Amie Loga at [email protected]
