Join us for our first official EAT with Matt DeMille Virtual Cooking Class at The Loft on St Paul on Thursday, January 28 where we’ll be preparing Truffled Three Cheese Risotto with Crispy Pancetta, Sage, Brown Butter and Lemon Bread Crumbs!

We’ll be joined by sommelier Kathleen Shattock who will share her wicked wine knowledge – you’ll also have the option to add her wine pairing to your package. Our favourite, local singer/songwriter Victor Cooper will also be with us to perform live acoustic music for the evening.
