Come and explore with other visual artists and expert artist-educators from Kick Start Arts! The Quinte Arts Council is partnering with PEC Arts Council offering a professional development opportunity to artists who currently teach classes/workshops, or who are considering teaching in the future.

Are you wondering how on earth to facilitate what you do online with students? Looking for hands-on, practical ideas so you can create meaningful projects? These sessions are designed specifically for you.

Sessions will include:

• Pivoting to online arts education facilitation – explore how Zoom can be used creatively, what planning and facilitation skills you need for this context and work through the complexities and legalities of this work.
• Explore how to create an engaging and interactive online experience for students, utilizing a hands-on exploration, and opportunities to try out strategies.
• There will be ample time to ask questions, and problem-solve for what you do.
