Have you watched golf’s best and brightest and dreamed of hitting a golf ball 400-plus yards? Or perhaps you’ve fantasized about gracing the stage with Country music’s largest stars? Well, you’re in luck, as golf’s longest drivers and one of Canada’s top country music groups are coming to Trillium Wood Golf Club, Belleville, and the Bay of Quinte for two great days of entertainment.
The 2nd Annual Endless Summer event begins the night of Wednesday, July 5 with an incredible outdoor concert by Kingston’s 6-time CMA Ontario award-winning country duo, The Abrams. The 2022 CMA Ontario Duo/Group of the Year will rock the sound stage beginning at 8 pm.
The following day, Thursday, July 6, is highlighted by the Long Drive Pro-Am Championship. Forty-eight long drive athletes, including recent World Long Drive Champion Kyle Berkshire, and 200 amateurs from across Ontario compete for the Endless Summer Championship and a total of $50,000 in prize money.
Hosted by top World Long Drive athlete, Wes Patterson, and Canadian long drive legend Jason Zuback (5-time World Long Drive Champion), guests are invited to find a seat in the bleachers lining the first fairway, or to walk the course, to watch the long drive athletes in action. In addition to the sweet sound of metal drivers meeting dimpled, plastic-covered balls, fans can listen to today’s and yesterday’s greatest hits, spun live by local DJ, Jason Ferguson all-day long.
For those craving a bite to eat, on-site restaurant Bosco is serving up delicious burgers, wraps, salads, chicken tenders, and wood-fired pizza.
All Access tickets to this amazing, family-friendly event are $35 + taxes and fees, with a portion of the funds raised going to the local shelter, The Grace Inn.
