DESCRIPTION:You will explore different meditation techniques including\, but not limited to\, vajrayana tradition\, meditation of self-inquiry\, tratak\, etc. \nWe’ll start at the top of the hour with an introduction of that day’s technique\, followed by a discussion period (approximately 15-20 minutes)\, and wrap up with a sitting for about 30-40 minutes.
