His pieces are unique in style\, minimalistic\, intriguing\, inviting and fired with hand made glazes. These pieces may be found in some of the most prestigious museums and galleries in North America. \nThe realism and luminosity found in Barb McGuey’s oil paintings is spell binding. Barb’s focus is on the natural world through landscapes\, flowers and animals. \nThe Featured Member Artist for this show is Terry Hart. Terry uses natural beeswax that has been heated and applied to a board where it is fused\, carved\, and coaxed into landscapes\, abstracts and city/rural scenes. \nPlease join us for refreshments and meet that Artists at a reception on Saturday Oct. 18th from 2-4 p.m.

They have been recording their original music and performing select cover material around the area for a few years. \nThe music they make has been described as rural noir\, provocative and moody. Shortly after settling on the name The Happy Ghost Gang\, Jess and Ben were signed to The KeeP Records in late 2022 and released an album of original material in 2023.

His pieces are unique in style\, minimalistic\, intriguing\, inviting and fired with hand made glazes. These pieces may be found in some of the most prestigious museums and galleries in North America. \nThe realism and luminosity found in Barb McGuey’s oil paintings is spell binding. Barb’s focus is on the natural world through landscapes\, flowers and animals. \nThe Featured Member Artist for this show is Terry Hart. Terry uses natural beeswax that has been heated and applied to a board where it is fused\, carved\, and coaxed into landscapes\, abstracts and city/rural scenes. \nPlease join us for refreshments and meet that Artists at a reception on Saturday Oct. 18th from 2-4 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:This year’s Festival of Lights is set to begin Nov. 14 with a special launch night event. Join us at Jane Forrester Park in Belleville for live music\, food vendors\, a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus\, Belleville Senators mascot “Belly”\, a spectacular drone light show (weather permitting) and more! Opening ceremonies begin at 6 p.m. with the official lighting of the park to follow.

DESCRIPTION:Award winning country singer/songwriter Deborah Lynn was born and raised in Stirling Ontario. Traditional country roots with musical influences in folk and classic rock paired with her incredible vocal talent consistently leave audiences wanting to hear more. \nDeborah Lynn started singing\, playing guitar and sharpening her song writing skills from a young age. However\, music was put on the backburner after college while she was a small business owner in Toronto. It was a fateful trip to Nashville that reignited her artistic passion and put her on the road to becoming a rising country music artist. There she had the opportunity to play the songwriter’s open mic at the iconic Bluebird Café and join the house band on stage for a couple songs at the famed Tootsies on Broadway. \nProud CCMA and CMAO member Deborah Lynn released her debut single April 17th\, 2020 called Revive a Ghost. It quickly rose to Number 1 on the Canadian Indie Country Countdown and was nominated for a Josie Award for best female country song. The Josie Awards\, hosted in Tennessee\, are the largest international Indie Awards show with upwards of 50\,000 submissions annually. For Deborah Lynn\, watching her debut single rocketing all the way to the top of the Canadian Indie Country chart cemented that decision to jump in with both feet.
