This year’s event will feature remarks from Mayor Neil Ellis\, music by the Belleville Concert Band and Belleville Pipe & Drums\, refreshments and a free skate from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Mackay Arena! Please note that the maximum capacity on the ice is 160 skaters at any time. Don’t forget your helmet! Donations to Gleaners Foodbank will also be accepted.
