Sink & Faucet – A Canadian Handywoman Signature Workshop Series

May 26 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

$115

Sink & Faucet Basics
Understand what’s under your sink and handle the small fixes with confidence.
This hands-on session is all about helping you understand what’s actually going on with your sink faucet — and what to do when something starts leaking, dripping, or just not working right. If you’ve ever opened that cabinet, taken one look, and slowly closed it again… this is for you. We’re going to make it make sense.

What you’ll learn:
What all the pipes and parts actually are (and what they do)
How a basic sink and faucet system works
How to spot common issues before they turn into bigger problems
What causes leaks and drips — and what to look for first
The tools you’ll actually use (and how to use them without forcing anything)
How to approach simple fixes with a clear plan instead of guesswork

This isn’t about becoming a plumber. It’s about understanding your own home so you can make confident decisions.
What to expect: This is a small group, hands-on workshop. You’ll see the parts up close, learn how things connect, and walk through common scenarios so you know what to do when it happens at home. You’ll leave knowing what’s normal, what’s not, and when you can handle it yourself.

What to bring: Just yourself. All tools and materials are provided.

The Deets:

One more thing: This is an inclusive and space where you can be comfortable as you are and ask questions, take your time, and learn without feeling rushed or talked over. No one’s jumping in to “fix it for you.” You’re learning how it works — so you can handle it your way.
