Welcome to the Quinte International Women’s Day 2025: Accelerate Action event! Join us on Thursday, March 06, 2025 from 5:00-8:00pm at Venue 1906, Downtown Belleville as we celebrate and empower women in business! This event is all about taking action and making a difference. Get ready to hear from inspiring speakers, enjoy delicious bites and a mocktail bar by Virgin Mango, Beer & Wine by Meyer’s Creek Brewing Company, a glamourous photobooth by Lavish Studio Creations, networking opportunities, awesome swag bags and door prizes! Let’s come together to support women from all walks of life. Don’t miss out on this incredible event! — It only happens once a year!

Event Schedule:
5:00pm-5:30pm – Drinks, photobooth & networking.
5:30pm-7:00pm – Take your seats and lets hear from our incredible panel of speakers!
7:00pm-7:15pm – Door prizes.
7:15pm-8:00pm – More networking.

**Please note that parking is very limited. We encourage you to take advantage of Municipal parking lots for this event!**

The Bay of Quinte RMB Land Acknowledgement

The Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board is committed to acknowledging, appreciating and understanding the Indigenous peoples’ historic connection to this land and to raising awareness by building relationships in collaboration with Indigenous partners and communities. 

We recognize and acknowledge that we are living and working on the traditional territory of the Wendat, Mississauga, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee which includes the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka (Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte) with whom we work in direct partnership with. 

This partnership focuses on the common goal of celebrating the region with the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka who are equal partners within the organization and at the Board of Directors table contributing to the mandate and operations.

This mandate includes listening to, learning from, and collaborating with the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka and actively incorporating their culture and heritage into the practice of responsible destination marketing and management of the region.

We understand that this land acknowledgement is only a small step towards the larger process of reparations and reconciliation.
