At the Napanee Fair, we strive to provide a unique and unforgettable experience for all attendees. Our mission is to promote agricultural awareness and provide some good old fashioned family fun to the community.  Please enjoy the best of what our event has to offer.

Friday, July 31, 2026

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Home craft entries accepted

8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Fair exhibits/entries accepted

12:00 p.m. – Home craft division closed

1:00 p.m.- Home crafts judged

4:00 p.m. – Midway opens

5:00 p.m. – Home craft exhibits & agricultural buildings open

5:00 p.m. – Weigh in for truck/big tractor pull

5:00 p.m. – Petting zoo open

5:00 p.m. – Poultry barn open

5:30 p.m. – Judging of Fair Ambassador contestants

6:00 p.m. – Truck/big tractor pull starts

7:00 p.m. – Official opening ceremonies (Palace)

7:15 p.m. – Napanee Has Talent Show (Palace)

9:00 p.m. – Agricultural buildings closed

The Bay of Quinte RMB Land Acknowledgement

The Bay of Quinte Regional Marketing Board is committed to acknowledging, appreciating and understanding the Indigenous Peoples’ historic connection to this land and to raising awareness by building relationships in collaboration with Indigenous partners and communities. 

We recognize and acknowledge that we are living and working on the traditional territory of the Wendat, Mississaugas, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee which includes the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka (Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte) with whom we work in direct partnership with. 

This partnership focuses on the common goal of celebrating the region with the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka who are equal partners within the organization and at the Board of Directors table contributing to the mandate and operations.

This mandate includes listening to, learning from, and collaborating with the Kenhtè:ke Kanyen’kehá:ka and actively incorporating their culture and heritage into the practice of responsible destination marketing and management of the region.

We understand that this land acknowledgement is only a small step towards the larger process of reparations and reconciliation.
