Museum Chats at Glanmore National Historic Site

Glanmore National Historic Site will hold a number of “Museum Chats” throughout Heritage Week (February 17-22, 2025). These chats will be held in an informal presentation format with museum staff, and will feature a variety of topics. Regular museum admission applies. Limited space is available and pre-booked admission tickets are recommended. Please note this event will take place on the lower level of Glanmore. Those with mobility challenges are encouraged to contact staff at glanmoreinfo@belleville.ca before booking so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. – “Wedgewood Designed for Canada”
Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 2 p.m. – “Preserving your Heirlooms: Keeping Materials Safe for the Long-Term”
Thursday, Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. – “From Attic to Basement”
Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. – “Bad Victorian Ideas: Arsenic, Mercury and Lead… Oh my! – or What I learned from Tiktok…”
