Intro to Art As Spiritual Practice (5 week course for adults)
Join us for this 5 week course on Saturdays from 3:30-5:00 starting April 6th.
We cover meditative drawing techniques, creating sacred space through art objects, intuitive painting methods and more.
Suitable for all skill levels, this course is designed to cultivate mindfulness, flow and inner calm through the process of art making.
Course dates: Saturday April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4
Time: 3:30-5:00
$150 all materials included.
