Bellevegas VI – Hip for the Holidays Christmas Concert and Fundraiser

December 2 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

$25

The Dan Shaer Big Band is kicking off the Holiday Season with Bellevegas VI – Hip For the Holidays Christmas Concert in support of Gleaners Food Bank and The Grace Inn Shelter on Saturday, December 2nd at the Maranatha on College Street in Belleville starting at 7 PM.

Joining the Dan Shaer Big Band for this concert will be six vocalists including Wendy Shaer, AJ Stewart, Sonya Zaback, Lenni Stewart, Jeanette Arsenault and Sam Brady. “Each of these singers are talented in their own right with each bringing a different style to their performance so we know there will be something for everybody to enjoy during the show”, Dan points out. “And I have to say that this ensemble of musicians in the Big Band is about the best combination we’ve had in all our productions over the years. The rehearsals have been almost magical”, he says.

“Joining us once again as our emcee is the very talented actor/singer Rick Zimmerman who is among the best emcees you can find in this area”, Wendy Shaer adds.

The evening performance will be reminiscent of the big band era of days gone by with lush arrangements beautifully played by talented musicians.

Special thanks to Wilkinson and Company, Dr Jim’s Computer Repair, Stormy’s Auto Group and Belleville Downtown Blues Festival as well as Quinte Broadcasting and Starboard Communications for helping with this fundraising concert.
