Fall Migration Birding Tour by Outdoor Commute

October 17 @ 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

$50

Mid-October is when the magic of fall migration reaches its peak at Presqu’ile Provincial Park. The air is crisp, the crowds are gone, and the park comes alive with birds on their incredible journey south. Unlike spring, fall migration is a slower, more extended dance, with shorebirds, waterfowl, and songbirds still passing through in strong numbers. For birders, it’s a season of discovery. Join us for a guided birding adventure where we’ll explore the park’s diverse habitats, from shorelines and sandy beaches to lush wetlands and forests, searching for an incredible diversity of species. Presqu’ile PP is perhaps best known for its shorebird migration, and fall is the prime time to witness it. It’s a spectacle that stirs the soul. Whether you’re new to birdwatching or a seasoned enthusiast looking to add to your life list, Presqu’ile PP is the perfect stage to witness one of nature’s greatest migrations up close.
