We are pleased to welcome John Sharkey back to the Speakeasy stage.

From the enchanting landscapes of Bonnie Ol’ Scotland to the vibrant community of Picton, John has woven his life’s story into a tapestry of music. As a child, he was captivated by family sing-alongs, lively ceilidhs, and the iconic sounds of “Top of the Pops,” which ignited his passion for sharing the magic of music. Today, as a talented multi-instrumentalist and singer, John is on a mission to spread joy and provide an escape from the everyday worries through his performances.

He takes pride in his ability to read the crowd, playing to the unique vibe of each gig and creating an unforgettable experience. Engaging with his audience fuels his passion, and there’s nothing that brings him more joy than sharing music and creating smiles.
