December Fishing Update: Open Water Season Closes Out With a Monster!

Ashley Rae with a Fall Walleye Caught on the Bay of Quinte

This month, 7 ladies joined me for a 2-day late season walleye adventure. They traveled from near and far for a chance at a Quinte trophy. Local guides PB&J Charters, and Fishing 4 Tails got us all out on the water for a fantastic experience! There are few anglers who stick it out until the very end of the season, but Joe and Greg are certainly among the diehards.

Four of the ladies landed their largest walleye ever, with the monster of the trip being Alyssa Lloyd’s 14-pound, 3-ounce beauty! I’m grateful to have shared this experience with these enthusiastic and passionate female anglers.

Even under all the layers you can see those smiles gleaming through. Alyssa’s 14-pound, 3-ounce trophy was caught and released on the Bay on December 2nd with Captain Joe aboard PB&J Charters.
